Delete your
Navra account.

You can permanently remove your account in the app. If you cannot sign in, we can process a verified request by email.

    Open Navra and tap Profile.

    Open Settings, then Privacy Settings.

  3. 3

    Tap Delete My Account under Your Data.

    Read both warnings and confirm permanent deletion.

What deletion removes

Deleting your account removes your Navra login and personal data associated with it, including:

  • Your account, profile, avatar, preferences and push-notification token.
  • Your vehicles, maintenance records, modifications, receipts and uploaded vehicle images.
  • Trips you organised, saved waypoints, GPX files, checklists and uploaded trip images.
  • Your group, convoy, friendship, RSVP and trip-participation associations.
  • Notifications, feedback and other account-linked records.

Timing and limited retention

In-app deletion is designed to take effect immediately. Verified email requests are completed within 30 days and we will confirm when the process is complete. The action is permanent and your account cannot be recovered afterwards.

Anonymised aggregate information may remain because it no longer identifies you. We may retain marketing consent records for up to three years, limited records required by law, and the existence of shared trips where needed to preserve another member's records, without retaining your personal details.

Need your data first?

Request an export before deleting your account from Profile → Settings → Privacy Settings → Request Data Export, or email privacy@ventrax.ae. Once deletion completes, we cannot restore or export the removed data.
